What is Bulk SMS ?




SMS Sent in bulk quantity is called bulk SMS. The messages are sent simultaneously to all the users at the same time with a click of a button.

Types of bulk SMS –

  • Promotional SMS - Promotional SMS is used to send offers, discounts or promotions to new and existing customers.


  • Transactional SMS - Transactional SMS is used to send OTPs, informational messages, booking and various alerts to your existing customers. They should not be intended for marketing.


  • OTP SMS - OTP SMS is used for your all money transfer, payment operations, Internet Banking & other security purposes. OTPs are one time passwords generated by the system for security purposes.
